Union Update: Free Weekend and Dawn of the Delta release

Hey Anno Community!

We’re just a few days away from the release, time for some last information for this week and the immediate future.

The most important part up front: “Dawn of the Delta” as well as patch 3.0 release on Thursday, November 5th, at 10 AM UTC on all platforms. Yesterday we have published the patch notes here on the Anno Union, you can check them out via this link.

Early Access & Twitch Drops

If you want to see some more gameplay outside our last livestreams in order to prepare for the release of “Dawn of the Delta”, starting today various Content Creators as well as Press Outlets will be able to publish articles and videos, as well as stream the expansion on their platforms.

On Twitch, we also have Twitch Drops for you to earn by watching livestreams in the Anno 117: Pax Romana category. More info below:

Free Weekend

Together with the release on Thursday, we’re also starting a Free Weekend lasting until November 9th.

During this timeframe everyone will be able to download and play the basegame experience of Anno 117: Pax Romana (i.e. no DLC) for free. The version is fully multiplayer/co-op compatible, a great way to onboard new people to the game! Check out the exact timings on the map below.

Alongside it, we’ll also have a sale across all platforms – the perfect time to get your friends into Anno 117: Pax Romana!

Dawn of the Delta featurette videos

Over the last two weeks, in addition to our DevBlogs and the two livestreams, some shorter videos went live on our social media channels which some of you missed, therefore, we’ve now created a YouTube playlist with these videos. Currently, we have released three of these featurettes, three more are currently planned to release in the next two weeks.

These videos cover what we also described and shown in our DevBlogs here, but in a rather more concise manner. Check them out there!
