(Updated) Update 1.5 launch issues & HotFix

We have just released a hotfix for PC addressing:
- A crash for campaign savegames upon loading
- A crash related to defeating a rival
Additional bug fixes are planned for the next patch.
Consoles will receive the hotfix as soon as the patch has been validated for their platforms.

Hey Anno Community,
the release of “Prophecies of Ash” certainly didn’t go as smoothly as we were hoping and we want to apologize for the inconveniences caused.
The issue with the DLC not being available in-game despite owning the Gold/Governors Edition and the Year 1 Pass should now be resolved on all platforms. Please do let us know if you’re still experiencing problems with accessing the new DLC content, and add information on which version of the game you own and which platform you’re playing on.
Furthermore, we’re seeing a number of automated crash reports coming in related to mainly campaign savegames.
We’re currently investigating these crashes in order to prepare a hotfix and will update you as soon as we have news on its release.
We’re also following your reports on Bug Reporter on other issues you are encountering since the update. We’re in the process of prioritizing them for upcoming updates and will also keep you in the loop here.

1) I restarted a Mark campaign and just finished it, but no DLC unlocked. In save game config it says DLC content is unavailable in campaign.
Is this a bug or I really have to start all over again but in freeplay mode?
2) Even before DLC there was a bug in a first person mode that roads disappear around player. It appears for a moment when jumping.
3) After DLC in F1 mode all has visual glitches.
Read earlier comment and enabled DLC. The game itself never asked me to switch on
I can’t play cross platform now as its says we are on different versions since the PC hotfix.
Even with the hotfix for PC, my campain save is still not working. As soon as I click on “set sail” I can see the map for 2 sec, boutons are charging and then my computer is freezing. I did not have any issues before April 30th DLC.
So I’m reading in the patchnotes that amphitheaters should be usable at the same time on every island. Yet it’s still saying “prepartion blocked” for me..
As I read online, I should be able to activate the DLC mid game; however, I receive the message ‘Additional content not available during campaign’ when I try to access it on my save. Can you please let me know if this is expected or a bug?
When you will complete all missions in campaign then you enter sandbox mode and then you will be able to unlock the additional content. It’s only locked during the campaign. This is how I understand that. oohh one more thing. Im on campaigne save game and I was asked if I want to turn on DLC. Also has used the CDLC and this was allowed during campaigne.
