Highlights
- Adjustments to the prices of many goods
- Increased likeliness and intensity of Major Incidents
- Fixed issue related to global religion buffs
- Fixed several causes for crashes and desyncs
Balancing
- The base prices of many goods were adjusted (mostly increased), resulting in higher buying and selling prices
- Consumption was accordingly also very slightly decreased for some goods
Difficult and aggressive rivals are now more likely to declare war on the player
- We have adjusted multiple behaviour reasons to make it more likely for rivals to start wars, including the smaller feuds
- Specifically Neferneru and Concordia are now also more likely to ally against the player
- The intention is to provide more challenge for players seeking it
- Major city incidents are more impactful
- Increased number of rioters to be defeated (Riots), increased number of people to be evacuated (Fire), increased number of sick people to be picked up (Plague)
- Additionally, taking any such actions (defeating rioters, etc.) reduces the incident by only 1min each now
- Major incidents will happen more often
- Increased the population threshold for city status changes in early game (level 3 + 4) to allow players to build wide for longer
